The Initial Consultation
In advance of your first consultation you will be asked to complete a Nutritional Programme Questionnaire (including 4 day food diary).
This information will be reviewed before your visit to enable you to get the most benefit from your consultation.
Initial consulations last approximately 1 hour. During this time we will discuss your health issues, with the aim of agreeing on realistic, achievable ways in which you can modify your diet and lifestyle to improve your health.
Telephone Consultations
If you cannot attend in person then telephone consultations are available. Your dietary plan will simply be sent to you afterwards by email or post.
Follow Up Consultations
Follow up consultations usually take place 4-6 weeks after your first visit. Duration is approximately 45 mins. Your progress will be discussed and your dietary plan reviewed.
Biochemical Tests
A number of private laboratories in the UK offer innovative tests to help to identify underlying biochemical imbalances that may be contributing to health issues. These may be discussed and recommended if appropriate,

Nutritional Supplements
In addition to dietary advice, certain key nutritional supplements may be recommended. You will be given full details of trusted suppliers if you wish to purchase these.
